Cupboard2021 2019

A group of works that can be categorised as Cupboard (2019, 2021) oscillates between an everyday arrangement found in a domestic environment and a successive structure within the artistic context of ‘wall - support - image.’ Focussing on varying order systems depending on the nature of objects—intangible matter permeates through one another, but solid bodies, which cannot occupy the same place a the same time, are juxtaposed one after another—the works attempt to incorporate our daily objects into the frame of painting.
